CED Coating Plant
In this CED Coating Plant, the coating is applied to the surface of metals via electrodes to provide better protection from corrosion. It deposits a layer of primer coat onto the components when dipped inside the positively charged bath. Customers extensively use this plant in the automobile, electronics, aerospace, shipbuilding and other bulk manufacturing industries. The plant is assembled with chiller, cooling towers, dump tanks, anode tanks, rectifiers, UF-modules, membranes and other components. During the coating process, the plant utilizes zinc phosphate plant and paint curing oven to apply an impeccable coating on metal products. The layer produced by this CED Coating Plant is chemically resistant and mechanically durable compared to other conventional paints.
